It's twilight in suburbia when a photograph of a girl appears mysteriously on Eve's doorstep. As Eve searches for the meaning of the photograph and how it came to her, she encounters a series of lonely, despotic, frightening and seductive neighbours, forcing Eve to confront her demons. Mischievously guided through this Alice-in-Wonderland experience by a child of the digital age disguised as a bird, Eve finally comes across a dreamlike warehouse of 'selves' in which she must ultimately find her own.
